Half before workout

Cold Pressed Juice:
Have half with breakfast
If you workout
Have the other half after workout or with lunch

3PM have three to five sips when you feel tired in the afternoon or feel sleepy.
if you work out in the afternoon/ evenings
Take the remaining kombucha to the workout in the afternoon/evening

Have in the afternoon when you feel like snacking
